This journal has risen under the guidance of Dr. H.R.Nagendra, Editor of Yoga Sudha. Mr. T. Mohan influences Yoga Sudha as Asst. Editor and Smt. Subhadra Devi cultivates it as the publisher.
This magazine is being published from Bangalore, India under the banner of Vivekananda Kendra Yoga Prakashana from the past 30 years. It has been serving the society to create its desired citizenry - a well aware and spiritually awakened society.
Yoga Sudha includes a column on Narada Bhakti sutras, Yoga for Youth, and meditation, etc to achieve its objective. Now it has adopted the Holistic Systems of Management (HOLSYM) for its functioning.
Holsym, with its eight Karma Yoga Modules, is now the guiding principle of Vivekananda Kendra Yoga Prakashana, now SVYP, to cover different aspects of yoga on psychosomatic disease and yogic management in English, Hindi, and Kannada languages through various publications.
